Imagine losing a child or loved one to Sickle Cell because you do not have the money to pay for health care. This would be traumatic, and it would be worse if you were a low-income earner. 

Because families can't cope, oftentimes they resort to taking drastic actions that have dire consequences.

These families are under immense pressure to pay mounting bills for their Sickle Cell child or children (such as admission, basic medication, regular checkups).

However, with your previous support, Sickle Cell Advocacy and Mgt Initiative were able to help eight-year-old Seyifunmi with her blood exchange transfusion that took six months to complete.

Therefore, we are once again asking you to support us with at least N1000. Although, it would be wonderful if you can give more. 

Your contribution will help a Sickle Cell child get basic medical drugs and receive much-needed care and advise from our free monthly clinic called, "XTRA CARE". 

Also, it will help us raise money to medically support a family with a Sickle Cell child or a young person who needs medical support.
