What are you raising money for?

St. Monica’s Catholic Church is raising money for the construction of St. Monica Catholic Church in Koroduma, under the Catholic Diocese of Lafia. Our church is currently in the building phase, having completed the DPC (Damp Proof Course) stage. We now need financial support to proceed from the lintel stage to the finishing stages, which include roofing, installation of windows and doors, and interior fittings. This project aims to create a permanent place of worship and community gathering. The total amount required is N300,000,000. Your generous contributions will help us establish a lasting place of faith and fellowship for our growing congregation.

Why are you raising the funds?

St. Monica's Catholic Church is raising these funds because our parish currently lacks a permanent church building, which significantly limits our ability to conduct religious services, community events, and outreach programs. While we have made progress up to the DPC stage, continuing with the construction requires substantial financial support. Completing this project is essential to provide a safe and dedicated space for worship, spiritual growth, and community development. The funds will help us overcome financial challenges and allow us to serve the needs of our parishioners better, fostering a stronger sense of unity, faith, and support within the Koroduma community.
