Empowerment of widows

Widows in poor communities in ikorodu lack entrepreneurship skills to improve the livelihood of their families and for employment creation that is why our project is aimed at empowering, increasing the capacity of women in poor communities, sustain their livelihood and improve their local enviroment. 

The issue of poverty, corruption and Hiv/Aids has left a ripple effect in the lives of families, this challenge has lead to increase in mortality, disease and poverty resulting in low income for household.

In some communities in Lagos Nigeria widows specifically are living under vulnerable and challenging circumstances and are faced with disease, malnutrition and illiteracy.

Join us in raising funds to provide source of livelihood for widows in communities by empowering them through continuous entrepreneurship skills training with a focus on how to make moringa hair shampoo and help them start and sustain their small businesses by donating to this project.
