What are you raising money for?

I am raising money to support my dad’s treatment after he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He recently underwent the first stage of his surgery, and although it was successful, the financial burden on my family has been overwhelming. We have already spent over N5 million on tests, medications, and ICU care, and the hospital has given us a remaining balance of N5.5 million to complete payment for the first surgery. In addition, he urgently needs a second surgery estimated to cost about N10 million. We have exhausted all our savings and resources, so we are seeking help from kind-hearted individuals to support his treatment and give him a chance to survive and fully recover. No amount is too small, and every contribution truly makes a difference.

Why are you raising the funds?

I am raising these funds because my dad is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. We have spent everything we have, yet the hospital has given us a remaining balance of N5.5 million for the first surgery. He also urgently needs a second surgery costing about N10 million. Without these payments, his treatment cannot continue. I am seeking help from compassionate individuals so my dad can get the medical care he needs and have a real chance at recovery. What will the funds raised help achieve?

The funds raised will help ensure that my dad receives the full medical treatment he urgently needs to survive. The first priority is to clear the remaining N5.5 million hospital balance from his initial brain tumor surgery, which is required for him to continue receiving care. The funds will also go toward his second and final surgery, estimated at N10 million, as well as necessary medications, monitoring, and postoperative treatment.
