We acknowledge the fact that Schooling is the one experience that most children worldwide have in common and the most common means by which societies prepare their children for the future. Quality education is the education that works for any child and enables all children to achieve their full potentials. But school is not always positive experience for children if they are found in a certain condition like lack of covered classrooms, if they are shivering in cold or sweltering in hot airless or unfurnished classrooms.
