This campaign aims to raise ?250,000 to support two young brothers I met at a school in the outskirts of Ibadan who are suffering from malnutrition. The funds will be used to provide nutritious food, medical care, clothing, and school support to help them recover and thrive. A portion of the money will go toward regular meals rich in vitamins and protein, ensuring steady weight gain and proper nourishment. Part of it will cover medical checkups and basic treatment for conditions caused by prolonged hunger. They also need clean clothing and hygiene supplies to improve their wellbeing and confidence. Education remains their hope for a better future, so funds will also be used to provide school uniforms, books, and learning materials. Lastly, a small amount will assist their guardian in sustaining their daily needs after the initial support. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward rebuilding their strength, health, and happiness. Together, we can help them grow, learn, and live again with dignity and hope.
During an outreach visit to a school on the outskirts of Ibadan, I met two young brothers whose condition broke my heart. Their small bodies were frail, and their eyes carried the quiet pain of hunger and neglect. They are battling severe malnutrition, surviving each day on little or nothing. Their guardian, a struggling woman, does her best but simply cannot meet their basic needs. I couldn’t walk away after seeing how much they were suffering. Every child deserves the chance to grow up healthy, to go to school, and to dream without being held back by hunger or illness. This campaign is my way of giving them that chance, with your help. Your contribution will help restore their strength, provide balanced meals, medical care, and keep them in school. Together, we can rewrite their story, from struggle to hope.
The funds raised will be directed toward improving the health and wellbeing of two brothers identified during a school outreach in Ibadan. A portion will be allocated for nutritional support to address malnutrition, while another will cover medical assessment and basic treatment. The campaign will also provide educational assistance, including school uniforms, books, and learning materials, to encourage consistent attendance. Clothing and hygiene supplies will be provided to improve personal wellbeing and comfort. Additionally, limited financial support will be extended to their guardian to promote sustainability in care. In summary, the funds will contribute to restoring health, enabling education, and improving the overall quality of life for the two boys, helping them build a more secure and hopeful future.
