What are you raising money for?

I am currently raising money to complete my house rent, and I truly need a bit of support to meet the deadline. I have already been able to gather N250,000 through my own efforts, but I still have N150,000 left to balance before the landlord’s due date. I’ve been trying every possible means to raise the remaining amount, but things have been a bit challenging recently. Any assistance—no matter how small—will go a long way in helping me secure my accommodation and avoid unnecessary pressure. I will deeply appreciate any support or contribution during this period. Why are you raising the funds?

I am raising this fund because I lost my job in June, and ever since then I have been actively searching for new employment. It has been a challenging period, and despite applying to many places and attending several interviews, I am still yet to secure a stable source of income. My rent is now due, and I urgently need the stated amount to complete the payment so I don’t risk losing my accommodation while I continue my job hunt. This support will give me some breathing space and stability as I keep pushing for a new opportunity. Any assistance will mean so much to me during this difficult time.

What will the funds raised help achieve?

The funds I am raising will genuinely help save me from becoming homeless at a very difficult time in my life. Losing my job has made things tougher than expected, and even though I have been actively applying for new positions and attending interviews, securing a stable job has taken longer than I hoped. Completing my rent is now my biggest worry, and without this support, I may have nowhere to stay while I continue my job hunt.
