What are you raising money for?

Aldeenu Academy is launching a vital fundraising campaign to construct a modest four (4)-classroom block that will serve as a safe, permanent, and conducive learning environment for our pupils. Our school continues to grow, and with an enrollment of over 80 children expected to benefit directly from this project, the need for additional classrooms has become urgent. Presently, our learners face challenges related to overcrowding, limited space, and temporary learning structures that are not ideal for their academic and emotional development. This four-classroom block will create a stable educational setting where pupils can learn comfortably, concentrate better, and enjoy improved academic outcomes. It will also enable our teachers to deliver lessons more effectively and allow the school to expand essential programs for the benefit of the entire community. The total project cost is ?4,500,000 (Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira). Why are you raising the funds?

Currently, the pupils of Aldeenu Academy are learning under temporary and inadequate structures, including the use of a mosque as a makeshift classroom. While we are grateful for the space, this arrangement undermines the growth and overall development of the school. Our children are regularly exposed to distractions, limited learning resources, and environmental hazards that make it difficult for them to learn in a stable, focused, and supportive setting. Despite these challenges, our commitment to providing quality Islamic and modern education for the children in our community has never wavered. We believe every child deserves a safe, permanent, and conducive learning environment where they can thrive academically and spiritually. This is why we are raising funds to construct a modest four (4)-classroom block that will serve about 80 pupils. The new building will significantly improve teaching conditions, reduce overcrowding, and enhance the overall educational experience for our learners.
