Construction of a Bus Stop at Ekehuan Barracks

What are you raising money for?

I am currently a member of the national youth service corps, posted to serve at the Ekehuan axis, Egor Zone B, Benin city, Edo state. I am trying to raise money to build a bus stop at the Ekehuan cantonment bus park as my National Youth Service project. I saw a need for this, to promote orderliness, encourage the use of public transportation, and reduce heat-related health risks for the users of the park. As a bonus, the bus stop will also serve as a source of revenue for the Ekehuan cantonment, due to it's advertisement potential. I believe this project will be very useful to the residents of the Ekehuan cantonment, and users of the bus park.

Why are you raising the funds?

I am raising funds to successfully carry out my project before I am discharged from service. I am aiming to build a bus stop at the Ekehuan barracks park, which will: ->reduce rowdiness and risk of crowd-related accidents -> promote orderliness at the park ->make passengers no longer have to wait in the hot bus, before the journey begins and be a risk of health complications ->create a source of revenue for the barracks and improve self-sufficiency. ->will act as a means of advertisement space for small business owners who want to wish to gain visibility ->promote public transit by offering commuters a conducive space to wait for the bus, and accommodate the maximum number of passengers waiting. - Offer a venue for quick rest to tired passengers, before they continue on their journey

What will the funds raised help achieve?
