We are raising $2,860 to support a 3-month cybersecurity bootcamp that will train 50 underserved youths across Nigeria and Africa. These young talents will gain essential cybersecurity skills, personalized mentorship, and structured guidance to prepare for the globally recognized ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam. What the funds will cover: Reliable internet access for all participants Stipends for dedicated mentors and instructors Access to premium digital learning tools and materials Outreach, coordination, and support logistics This initiative is designed to break the cycle of exclusion caused by financial barriers. Many brilliant young minds are eager to build careers in cybersecurity but are blocked by the high cost of training and lack of access. Your support ensures they’re not left behind. Together, we can unlock global opportunities and create the next generation of cyber defenders, starting with those who need it most.
Many brilliant young minds across Africa possess the talent and determination to thrive in the field of cybersecurity. Yet, financial hardship, limited mentorship, and lack of reliable internet access often block their path to success. Globally recognized certifications like the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) can unlock life-changing career opportunities, but for many, these remain out of reach. We are raising funds to change that narrative by fully supporting 50 underserved youths. Your support will help provide them with internet access, mentorship, structured training, and guided preparation for ISC2 CC, empowering them to become tomorrow’s cyber defenders. This is more than just a bootcamp; it’s a mission to open doors that might otherwise stay closed forever. Cyber threats are rising globally, and the world urgently needs defenders from every community and background. Let’s ensure no talent is left behind.
These funds will directly unlock career and educational opportunities for 50 youth who currently have no pathway into tech due to financial constraints. By covering training, mentorship, internet access, and exam readiness support, we will empower them to become certified entry-level cybersecurity professionals. This initiative will not only change individual lives, it will also create a ripple effect of empowerment, economic opportunity, and digital safety in communities across Nigeria and Africa. When we remove cost as a barrier, talent can finally speak. In the long run, this project contributes to building a more inclusive cybersecurity workforce, one where potential isn’t wasted just because someone couldn’t afford the first step.
