We are raising funds to support 100 displaced families in Zamfara State, Nigeria, who have fled their homes due to ongoing insecurity in the North-West region. These families, many of whom include vulnerable individuals such as children, women, and persons with disabilities, have been forced to abandon everything and are now living in dire conditions. Most arrived with little more than the clothes on their backs and urgently need basic items to survive and rebuild their lives. The Jemilius Aid and Relief Initiative (JAREI) has already, through equity funds, secured funding to provide essential food items—such as rice, spaghetti, vegetable oil, and condiments—for 40 families. However, much more is needed. We are seeking additional support to extend this assistance to 60 more families and provide cash for critical items like clothing, bedsheets, and blankets, as well as other household necessities. Your contributions will go directly toward purchasing these items, ensuring the families have food, warmth, and comfort during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference. Together, we can restore hope and dignity to these families as they navigate this challenging chapter in their lives. Join us in this compassionate effort to provide urgent relief and demonstrate that no family should face hardship alone. Your support matters now more than ever.
We are raising funds to provide urgent relief to displaced families in Zamfara State, Nigeria, who have been uprooted by insecurity in the North-West region. These families have fled violent attacks, leaving behind their homes, possessions, and livelihoods. Many now live in makeshift shelters or overcrowded camps, struggling to meet their basic needs. The harsh realities they face include hunger, inadequate clothing, and lack of bedding to keep warm at night. Children are particularly vulnerable, as they endure cold nights and limited access to nutritious meals. Women, often primary caregivers, face immense challenges in providing for their families under these circumstances. Without external support, their situation risks worsening. Jemilius Aid and Relief Initiative (JAREI) has already mobilized funds to provide food items for 40 families, but the need remains immense. We aim to reach an additional 60 families, ensuring they receive not only food but also essential items like clothing, bedsheets, and blankets. These are not just material goods—they are a lifeline that offers comfort, dignity, and hope. This fundraising campaign is an urgent call for compassion and action. By contributing, you will help address the immediate needs of families who have lost everything. Together, we can provide them with a semblance of stability and a foundation to rebuild their lives. Your generosity will remind them that they are not forgotten, even in their darkest moments. Let's stand with these families and make a tangible impact.
