Ibadan Teenage Entrepreneurial Leadership Program

The Ibadan Teenage Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme is an intensive and fun-filled training project organised during the summer break for young people, ages 13-19.

Over a period of 20 days, 40 teenagers from different schools, social classes, backgrounds and beliefs undergo learning by practice, simulations and trainings facilitated by skilled and certified Nigerian graduates using our carefully structured curriculum on entrepreneurial leadership.

Trainees would interact with successful entrepreneurs, Pan-African leaders and guest speakers who they can learn from and build lasting relationships with. They would be assigned to orphanages and community skills, where they would use their newly earned skills to help the people there identify some of their problems and provide viable solutions to them.

At the end of the training, the teenagers would have developed the ability to think critically, innovate, work in teams, pitch and communicate persuasively, prototype their ideas, and ultimately, inspired and equipped to create opportunities that will better the lives of those in their immediate families and environments.

The training materials, certificates, feeding, secured and convenient accommodation, etc., for each child is valued at 100,000 Naira. However, as we have opened this opportunity to merited applicants from places like Eruwa, and considering the stiffness of the economy, we have decided that the trainees would not pay a dime. This aligns with our mission, to provide equal opportunities for all, which equips them to make better our communities.

By December 2017, we shall make our annual report available to the public to show how we have expended to the smallest naira, the donations we receive from you.
