Over half a million students in Nigeria are struggling with a form of blindness. That is, over 500,000 students would either need to stand 20ft away to see an object that normally can be seen from 200ft away or don’t have the ability to see at all.

Sight is not a determining factor for education as we have seen countless blind geniuses in various fields. Therefore, schools dedicated to providing special care and education to blind students deserve to be appreciated consistently.

As part of our initiative, E.I is going to be visiting PACELLI SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED CHILDREN in Surulere on the 31st of January 2021 to show encouragement and donate a targeted sum of 200,000 naira, food items, toiletries and improve their facilities to support the effort they put in educating and catering for blind students.
