Why are you raising the funds?

Provide nutritious meals, prepared with love and care 2. Break the cycle of hunger 3. Unlock a brighter future for vulnerable children 4. Reduce push and pull factors for potential perpetrators of Gender Based violence and other vices 5. Provide care kits to children If we do not raise the funds we stand a change to loss a significant population on vices to that will affect us as a society. Hunger can significantly contribute to push and pull factors for vices, particularly in vulnerable populations. Here's a breakdown of how hunger can lead to these factors: Push Factors 1. Desperation: Hunger can create a sense of desperation, leading individuals to seek immediate solutions, even if they involve vices. 2. Lack of opportunity: Hunger can limit opportunities for education, employment, and personal growth, pushing individuals toward vices as a means of coping or escaping. 3. Social isolation: Hunger can lead to social isolation, making individuals more susceptible to vices as a way to cope with loneliness and disconnection. 4. Mental health Hunger can exacerbate mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, which can increase the likelihood of turning to vices. Pull Factors 1. Quick fixes Vices like substance abuse or gambling can offer quick fixes or escapism from the emotional and physical pain of hunger. 2. Social connections Vices can provide a sense of community or social connection, which may be lacking in individuals experiencing hunger. 3. Temporary relief Vices can offer temporary relief from the stress and anxiety.
