SUICIDE NOT AN OPTION

We have serious concern to act on depression awareness campaign in Nigeria. 

Depression knowledge is very low here. Mental illness is being tagged spiritual and evil attack. People are committing suicide daily. 

Postpartum depression rate is high too on women. 

We plead you support us or collaborate with us to raise our voices on depression, let our people know about it, what to do and where to seek help.

We need to train health providers and set up community based counselling points.
